I don't see that, removed from the cob, it would be any different from
any other frozen corn. :-)

I'd consider cutting it into slightly smaller disks and serving it
steamed with shrimp, crab parts, whole clams, crawfish (if you can get
them) and baby potatoes.

I know that dish has a name, but I can't think of it at the moment.
