Frozen corn

What size bags you talking... could be 12 ounces to like 4 pounds.
If they've been in the freezer a really long time, like more than a
year, they'll probably be coated with hoar frost, rime, and/or are
pretty raunchy tasting. I'd try a small amount nuked to see how it
tastes... like why waste a bunch of other ingredients that are more
costly than the stinkin' niblets (niblets are the least expensive
veggie). If they still good I would suggest a batch of corn fritters
or corn bread for starters. If the corn is kinda like not too good
I'd rather toss it out into my back yard for the birds. I mean frozen
niblets are like a buck a pound... even to make corn chowder you'd
need to add a bunch of more expensive ingredients, like a few dollars
worth of cream. Personally I prefer to use frozen veggies while still
within the use-by date, otherwise they become critter feed.
