Yes, it does. She's a trooper, though. She's hanging in there. And she
has a window A/C unit to help her cope somewhat with this gawd-awful heat.
Remember when she didn't even have that? And it wasn't August yet! God
bless her. She gave me great suggestions for my cod dinner, such as
incorporating some grated parm in the breadcrumb topping for the fish. And
it never would have occurred to me to use apple butter with potato
pancakes... she asked if I had any apple sauce to serve with them. Nope.
<lightbulb> I have some apple butter! To which she replied, "There ya go!"
(or something along those lines). We like to "troubleshoot" dinner ideas
together. It's fun!
