Macaroni & Cheese - Simple & "unmessed with". . .
I make a simple mac and cheese. Use an ordinary cheddar cheese. Shred
it and add it to a white sauce. Cook a pound of macaroni and add it to
the cheese saice. We then bake it, but since this is for kids, you can
skip that. We use any good melting cheese, but the kids will like
cheddar or American cheese just fine. Use at least 8 oz. of cheese (we
usually use more).
