Not necessarily, IMO. If the price is too dear, it means I won't make
it frequently. I can't see any substitute for avocado in guacamole.
(I'd like an authoritative report on the origin of the word. I wonder
if it was originally a *******ization of something on the order of
"aguacate mole.")
