Andy... what happened to "preview the menu"? We ask to see a menu
(before sitting down) and glance into the dining room when deciding if
we want to eat there. I'm so used to the California practice of
putting the menus out where people can see it without even entering
the restaurant, it's a bit of a culture shock when I have to be
proactive.
