But there are still plenty of choices...
My point was that "breakfast food" is an oxymoron.
I had a pair of artichokes again for "breakfast" yesterday morning.
Those are high in fiber, healthy...
and delicious.
Food does not have to be "unhealthy" to be delicious,
but you knew that. ;-)
That's the entire point behind learning to cook.
