Sorry, no idea. I just made (another) spinach and feta cheese quiche for
dinner last night; it will also serve as breakfast today Feta has a nice
tang to it; maybe that's what he doesn't like.

Is there any reason why you're trying to get him to eat something similar to
this when he's already said he doesn't like it? Let him have his mild
cheese or whatever. Life is too short to worry about cheese
