Heh, that reminds me of the time I was up north at a pizza joint and they
were out of marinara. People were walking out in droves. Wal-Mart was
perhaps 200 yards away. You'd think the manager would go get *something* to
keep the business going.
Seems the delivery truck was broken down. Wow! How hard is it to get
marinara sauce?!?!?
Al's Pizza (right next to Wal-Mart) never ran out of anything except empty
seats. I'll go back to Al's in a heartbeat, but never to the other place.
They left an empty taste in my mouth. Can't even remember their name matter
of fact.
BTW, Quiznos is better than Subway, but only marginally. Not nearly better
enough to justify their prices. Publix stomps them both and they don't even
try!
While I'm on a Publix rant, they beat the shit out of KFC for fried chicken
for 1/3 the price as well.
