Sorry I wasn't clear about that. I am able to tell the difference between
cilantro and parsley. However. in my opinion, you shouldn't have to pinch
to be able to tell the difference. There should be a clear aroma coming
from the herbs that announces what they are. Fresh herbs at the store are
better than dried but they are still a sorry excuse for what I expect a
fresh herb to be.
