You ask for mashed at many even higher -end places (like steak places),
you'll get a re - hydrated product...can be surprisingly good, in fact I
like them a lot. I don't know if the food service rehy'd taters are exactly
like the stupormarket stuff or not...

That kinda sounds like a "crafts" project...but it could be do - able...
