What I think it is apple jelly flavored with mint extract and green food
coloring. Can I do it? Doubtful - as I have neither apple jelly, mint
extract OR green food coloring in my pantry.

I think my Mom's was store-bought. But my Grandpa died when I was young and
she never made rack of lamb again. My Dad REALLY despises lamb.
