I've eaten it raw in mixed salads, fried in stir fries and in woked mixed
veggies with sauce and I've used it in soups and stews. It would probably
be good steamed too...but I care little for steamed veggies, so I
personally wouldn't steam it. Probably be good grilled too, but that I
haven't tried yet.
