I was interested in reading about the Ahwahnee Hotel as DH and I stayed
there for a few nights many, many years ago. I noticed that the critic's
review recited my sentiments about the food. I remember how disappointed I
was, and my pallet (sp?) was no where near as critical as it is today.
We had adjoining rooms to the Presidential suite where President Kennedy had
stayed. A person opened up the rooms for us and then said we could use them
if we wanted! We were overwhelmed.
