It sometimes gets bolognese at my house as well.
I like capellini with meatball sauce.
I make meatballs with (oh, I can already hear the insults coming) fat
free saltines and EVOO. I brown them nicely on all sides and simmer
them in a sauce consisting of tomato paste, water and bay leaf. I
serve it over (often buttered) capellini.
Cooked spinach is a very nice accompaniment.
