I'm not against white bread. I don't eat bread unless I order a deli
sandwich. In fact, when I make bread it's usually white, but my main
use for white flour is pizza crust (consider it a bread type recipe).


I've made whole wheat pizza crust and I think whole wheat tortillas
beat out pita bread with falafel (make mine a falafel wrap, not a
falafel "sandwich")... but that's another discussion. LOL
