That's the one...Seems changing your nick makes finding recipes harder.
see how the mind plays tricks on you...I thought there were eggs and
cream in this. I must thank you for finding this....thank you, I looked a
long hard time for this, never finding it. And I jones-ed for this recipe
repeatedly in its'absence.
It doesn't look as impressive as I remember it tasting but, I did like it
and I will make it again.
But first I will modify that orange yogurt recipe I posted...replacing
the orange zest with zest of 1 lime and the 1/4 cup orange juice with 1
cup or 2 (6 oz pkg) raspberries pureed then seeded and reduce the yogurt
to 1 cup vanilla yogurt. That is if I like the results from the orange
yogurt recipe.
There was a thread a while back on custard based Ice Cream or not custard
based Ice Cream...the difference being whether or not you cooked the
cream, sugar and egg base together to thicken or didn't....Looks like a
good thing to play with.
