You just have your states confused. He was run out of Florida. He tried
to trick you by switching your Florida from your original post to
Georgia, where he escaped Floridian authorities to, just before they
brought him up on charges. It doesn't matter. The great state of Georgia
is conducting an investigation into his felonious diet scam.
