Funny about Bell Peppers. Dad said he used to really like them stuffed
and asked me for them once and gave me mom's recipe. Told me how he
wanted them fixed so I did make them for him.

He ate the stuffing and ate only a couple of bites of the pepper. Maybe
I did not do it right but stuffed Bell Peppers are kinda a no-brainer.
We tried them again later, just sliced and lightly stir fried and he
asked me to not bother making them again.

Makes me wonder if maybe they have gone the way of tomatoes. Just not
the same as they used to be?
