My daughter saw some made up stuffed peppers in the grocery store and said
she wished she could eat them. Due to our food allergies, we can't do the
typical recipe with egg and cheese in it. I reminded her that she never
liked stuffed peppers and she replied, "So! Tastes CHANGE you know." So I
made some. She and my husband both ate several of them, careful picking out
all the stuffing and leaving the peppers. Seems I am the only one who likes
peppers in this house.

But when I said the next time I made them I would just bake the stuffing,
both protested and said they wouldn't be the same without the peppers.
