You make THAT kind of Sloppy Joe by adding enough brown sugar so the
ratio to ground beef is about 1 to 4. That's assuming you made it in
true white trash style, using ketchup. If you strayed from tradition
and used tomate paste or made your own tomato sauce then increase the
brown sugar accordingly.
