Easy enough to look up. But if pork is taboo for Hindus -- as it is
for Muslims -- then there could well be more beef recipes than pork
recipes.

You say Hindus don't eat pork. If so, at least one high-ranking Hindu
authority will have said so and probably explained the theological
reasoning involved.
