As a result of your posting your pictures of the mushrooms, and before I saw
your pictures of the dish you cooked, I found these mushrooms at a
supermarket/grocery today. Too bad I didn't buy them, but I'm encouraged to
buy them next week and try what you showed. I have manchego here awaiting
guava paste which is nowhere to be found, so it might as well go with the
mushrooms and a nice glass of wine.

I'll be going to the 'big city' in a while so I'll be searching the Hispanic
markets. There are two here in the little town nearby where I live. One of
them didn't even know what guava paste was, shameful :-)
