Has anyone ever started a starter themselves with the sugar water and potato
flake mixture. I did it once a few years ago but can't seem to get it going
now. Also, I have been trying to revive my old starter that I severely
neglected. I have the bubbles but not the lava lamp look I had before...any
suggestions?
