I use a Misto pumped spray for olive oil. The oil is the best
"extra virgin" (stupid name!) that I feel like affording and
seems to keep quite well enough between refills. I don't keep
the olive oil in the fridge since it solidifies but I don't
notice much deterioration. I don't buy a lot at a time; about
8oz, I guess.
