Whatever works for you. I have on e of those crepe pans. I think I still
have it. I used it a few times. I didn't have much luck with it. I have a
small non stick pan, a crepe pan and a small cast iron. When I make crepes
I use the three of them instead of the electric one. I find I can handle
the three pans to turn out a batch of crepes quickly.
I like to make a batch of crepes for brunch and then save the rest and use
them in small bunches, usually for desserts.
