I dislike the noodles when the are baked dry like that. They never
rehydrate right, and the sauce gets starchy. However, it might work
really well if you assemble the lasagna (using dry noodles) and then
freeze it to bake later. The noodles should soften while it thaws...
Might be worth an experiment.
