I bought a can of sesame oil sometime ago, and will probably discard it as I
didn't put a label on the can of the date I opened it. I cannot find anything online that states how long sesame oil will last except that it doesn't go rancid easily. I cannot find a www. for Assai company to write them as to what their number on the top of the can "05077K" represents, as there is no "use by" or Manufacturing date. I realize that the next can I buy should be in a store where Koreans shop for their sesame oil in order to assure myself the possibility of getting a 'fresh' can; but this still doesn't give me a 'use by' date, nor a "use so many months after opening." I don't keep it refrigerated, of course. Thanks for any comments. Dee |
