take care when on Akins. I varied it with High Fibre and Low Fats and
did not have any problem that is associated with Akins.
Indeed my cholestrol level, BMI, blood pressure all improved
tremendously while I lost weight. My whole family too. My husband is
no longer on Statin ( a cholestrol mecidine) just after one year.
Myself, I lost 14 kgs since starting Nov 2005. Now I am trying not to
lose any more.
