Cha siu = chinese Barbecue pork (sweet)
 

Hi the
I like cha siu (chinese barbecued pork, little sweet and red/brow
color) but
local chinese stores doesn´t sell it (I´m in Chile, most chinese
stores are
owned by coreans, so..) Anyone have a recipe to do it in my home's
owen?
