Eating those "little bites" served in Asian spoons

I really like the idea of serving appetizers or Amuse Bouche on
chinese soup spoons. My question is: does one put the whole spoon in
one's mouth to each the "bite" or should I offer another utensil to
eat with? That's an awfully big spoon to put in one's mouth.

Appreciate your input

utencil.
