Default Xinjiang recipe request

Hi everyone

Has anyone eaten a 'flower dish' (Gül' Tavaq) in Xinjiang?

See: http://the_uighurs.tripod.com/images/UigCuis-0002.JPG

If anyone has a recipe I'd be really grateful!

Thanks

James (in Melbourne, Australia)

Without intending criticism, a Google search on < gul tavaq OR
"flower dish" > turns up quite a lot of interesting information
on Uighur cooking.

Thanks a lot James.

I did indeed google the term and found some interesting information
about Utghur cooking - but no recipe for the flower dish, sadly!

Haha no problem Blake!

What can we do to reduce the amount of spam?
