I've got some glutinous rice flour to play with and am looking to
make: Banh it Banh beo Banh bot loc (can I use glutinous for this?) Banh coun (using rice sheets?) I'm looking for recipes and/or tips on how to make the rice dough and fill/shape the banh it, especially. There's really not much out there on the net on making any of these.
