I love hot spicy foods, and this hot pepper dip is being prepared in my kitchen at list once a week:
Ingredients: 1 sprigs fresh coriander 2 Tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 3 Tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic 1 Tsp salt 1 Tsp cumin 1 Tsp carnation 2-3 fresh green hot peppers Directions: 1. Slice the peppers, onion and coriander into small-medium size pieces. 2. Put all the ingredients in a blender. 3. Blend until smooth. 4. Put the "sechoog" in a dish. goes best with Middle Eastern Tahini Dip Recipe |
