Default New Favorite Chile Sauce (Sambal)

It's going to take me forever to try all the sambals on the shelves,
but so far this one has proven exceptionally good. Slightly better
than the Huy Fong sriracha, and just a tad sweeter. It's just not a
smooth as sriracha.

I know that 'cabe' is chile, but what does 'pohon' and 'istemewa'
mean?

My next purchase will be a couple of the fish/shrimp-based sambals.

(If I can just remember all the different types/names)

Which one is the hotest? Sambal Setan, Sambal Pedas Pedas, or
Sambal Taliwang?

What about Sambal Long Dong?

you have to wonder how they decided on the name Sambal Taliwacker. Did
someone just do a poor translation, or is it a literal tranlation. Or
maybe someone was going for a humorous name.
