thanks for the recipes, am gathering the food stock to cook the dumplings
next weekend, and now i have another request, my local chinese buffett has recently added tempora veg3tables, they include sweet potato which is sliced and then batterred, when i have had this before the vegetables were chopped, but this is not, does anyone have a tried and true recipe for the batter, and what oil did you cook it in, thanks Lee |
