Thai-marinated Fried Chicken
There's a recipe for some delicious Thai-marinated Fried Chicken over at
Chez Pim: http://www.chezpim.com/blogs/2008/11...marinated.html My chicken fried too fast, because I can't easily control the heat on my outdoor fryer. The crust was really crispy, though, and the chicken tasted great. Ian |
