well, there are only few dishes i know using chicken.
and mind you, it is a native dish of most Filipinos.
one is Tinola, which is mainly cooked with ginger, garlic, and green papaya.
another is Chicken Adobo, which you all know is cooked with Soysauce, Vinegar, a little salt and pepper, sometimes they put a little sugar for a syrupy texture and sweet taste.
and lastly, "Pinik-pikan", a native dish in Mountain Province of Benguet.
