PING Shoji Azuma or whoever has THIS Miso recipe
 

Now that the cold weather is setting in, I want to make miso soup.

I saved this recipe a while back, but only have part of it. If Azuma-san or
enyone else has the complete recipe, I'd appreciate a re-post. Thanks.

How to make
Put Dried kelp (Konbu) , water, and Sake into a pan, and boil.
The head and the shell of a shrimp are added and it lowers the heat.
you must skim the broth.
It boils about 5 minutes.
It filters in another pan with a net, and only **** is put into it.
It applies to fire again and bean paste is added in the state in front of
boil.
Fire is stopped immediately.
The scallion minced in the bowl is put in.

A bowl is filled with miso soup.
