nick, is there any reason this could not be kept longer than a month in the

Hi Blake,

Should be good for several months in the 'fridge. Nothing lasts that long
around here, except cheeses, cold cuts and pickles! LOL

i sometimes gripe about the difficulty of shopping (and cooking) for one,
but i don't envy you your grocery bills.
