I'm trying to decide between the two books written by Barbara Tropp: _The
Modern Art of Chinese Cooking: Techniques and Recipes_, and _The China Moon Cookbook_. I've browsed copies at the bookstore, but I still can't make up my mind; both look very good, and I definitely do not want to get both (I already have far too many cookbooks, many of which are just gathering dust). Your comments and suggestions would be much appreciated. Maybe I should add that this would be my first Chinese cuisine cookbook. TIA, Irv |
