Does anyone have a good recipe for BBQ Pork that is used a lot in soups etc.
It has a red colour tinge around the edge. Is this done with food colouring ?? |

It's a combination of hoisin sauce, which gives a dark reddish brown color and good old red food coloring. A couple of drops in the marinade mixture. |
