I just bought some Thai "Preserved lemons" & the recipe on the bottle

I bought preserved limes to make a great sounding Cambodian dish from my _The Elephant Walk_ cookbook, but for some reason never got around to it. It's for _Clear Duck Soup wtih Lime_. So, a soup like yours. Still, Longteine's description of the soup makes it sound really good. If you want, I could type it out for you. Peter |
