Are there any good Asian recipes for cooked ants or only African ones ?

Had them when I was teaching in Mexico City D.F. - along with grilled cactus
grubs. One of the other teachers said they were a delicacy in her native province and since she ate them, how could I refuse to? Better than some of the dreck we wound up eating during the combat survival skills course I had back in '64.....
