Default Intensive Dim Sum cooking classes in the UK or Hong Kong?

I would like a quick crash course on the basics of Dim Sum. Have quite a few
cookbooks but would like to see a professional prepare these snacks.

Not interested so much in the fillings but it's the dough that's got me
stumped.

So anyone know if such a quick course exists?

Cheers

Phil
