Will any one be kind enough to tell me how to make fish ball specially what
preservative to use.

Thai Fish Balls (Look Chin Pla) are made with ground fish or shrimp,
garlic, white pepper and fish sauce. There is no 'preservative' used as far
as I know. They'll last 1 day in the fridge or up to 6 months in the
freezer. HTH
