Does anyone know how to make the bundles of sticky rice with taro
wrapped in some kind of leaf that you can buy from street vendors in the NE area of Thailand? I know how to make sticky rice, I know how to cook taro in coconut milk, but I don't know what kind of leaf to use, or whether the taro should be cooked with the rice or separately. Any help will be welcome. |
