Default New Shanghai Restaurant at Boston

To enjoy authentic Chinese food in the US and other countries, one
often must go to a local Chinatown. The Chinatown in Boston is such a
place. In the past, Cantonese cuisine predominated. More recently, one
can even enjoy Vietnamese, Malaysian, Korean, and Japanese food there
a reflection of the changing taste of the consumers. Now, because
of the emergence of China as a economic superpower and the City of
Shanghai the center of international commerce, Shanghai cuisine as one
of the four major cooking styles in China, also has gained immense
popularity and a huge following among those who have visited the city.

To satisfy this increasing demand for Shanghai cuisine, The New
Shanghai Corp, organized in the Spring of 2006, has invited highly
skilled Shanghai chefs and a large supporting staff, and started the
new New Shanghai Restaurant (上海人家). It has rapidly become
a major attraction not only for business district professionals,
college students, and out-of-town tourists, but also Chinese of all
persuasions from both Boston and the suburbs.

The New Shanghai Restaurant (http://www.newshanghaiboston.com) is
located on 21 Hudson Street in Chinatown, right off Kneeland Street. It
has continued the tradition of former establishments, the Golden
Mountain Pavilion (金山樓), Shanghai Pavilion (上海樓), (the old)
New Shanghai Restaurants (雪園 and 海天) by providing a comfortable
environ with pleasant décors plus unsurpassed services. More
important, the authentic Shanghai cuisine will heighten your dinning
pleasure as if you have traveled to Shanghai and dined there. The
New Shanghai Restaurants menu includes an enormous selection of
entrees, delicious Shanghai-style cold dishes, appetizers, and
desserts. For the true Shanghainese and the Shanghainese at heart, and
of course those who want to try something different, this is the place
to visit.

The New Shanghai Restaurant seats more than 120 guests. The banquet
room is well suited for small gatherings and we also custom-design your
menus. Take-outs with delivery are also available if you simply want to
make your taste buds happy. For a truly unforgettable dinning
experience, a visit to The New Shanghai Restaurant is a must.
