Hi,
I am a big fan of Simply Ming shows and yesterday he was sampling some great Dim Sum in Hong Kong. One was a dumpling that had soup trapped inside it. I assume this was an iced soup that was encased in a dumpling. Ill try that. if anyone knows more details i would be greatful. The whole show is a must see again. I would be willing to purchase a copy of it. |

I have a recipe somewhere in the house, but unfortunately it's not already on my computer. You could try to Google "Chinese soup dumpling" and I think you would find a few recipes for it, and of course perhaps someone here will post a recipe for it after seeing your question. Judy B |

I don't know anything about how they are made, but if memory serves, I remember having these in San Francisco. -- Ken Blake Please reply to the newsgroup |
