Sandy, I read your information re buying a new Zojo machine. I'm wondering
if it has the "temperature equalization" feature on it that requires a sit-to before starting. This would not be a plus for me (unless one could elect to NOT select it) as I 'hardly ever' bring my water to 80º or whatever; I take my yeast right out of the refrigerator, and my wheat flour always comes from the refrigerator. My Toastmaster now is a 1.5'er, but I did this previously with the 2# loaves in an Oster. This feature would definitely make the same kind of bread ALL the time if it had to be brought to the same temperature everytime one bakes bread. I see that there are only two models of Zojo, based on size of loaf. Am I correct, and that you bought the bigger of the two. Thanks, Sandy, for your input. Dee |
